Hello Cvetan, will Zezo still work after server migration from VR on 8/1/22?
I read from Hardtack that the VR Dashboard will no longer work.

Hello. I could be wrong of course, but since zezo doesn't interact directly with VR, I don't see any reason why it should no longer work after the migration.
The next change that could deserve a modification of zezo would probably be the change to 0.25° of the precision of the weather files

It might be impossible to recreate the interpolation algorithm exactly if they change it. Not that VR server and UI manage to match it properly.

Realsail has been offering GFS 0.25° races for a while now, and while they put more load on the resources, they also make for a more realistic sailing experience.
Is VR thinking about using GFS 0.25 as well? I saw someone post a request to this end, but nobody followed up on it as far as I can see.

So it sounds like VR is just trying to copy the features of Realsail now, like 1 minute updates and 0.25 deg gribs. However, if the migration breaks the API's then they are missing the best thing that Realsail has over them, built-in support for external third-party tools. Oh, and open communication about upcoming changes.

There are several issues - it's not picking up the boat name, and I was told that record race statistics are no longer displayed, among other things,
but calling the router still works.
