Delays during the sail changes, or directions changes

I could not find the information in the Forum about the delays after the sail changes, or directions changes (above 5 degrees) are accounted in the estimation of the zezo routes ...

Also if these delays are being accounted for the game itself... because in the last races it is normal to have changes of 10 or more degrees and there is no penalization ...

There has never been a penalty for a simple direction change in the game.

Router accounts for tacks and gybes. And for sail changes too, but the crossover points are not exact.

It would zig-zag every 10 minutes when sailing straight up/downwind if it did not have penalties.
