Wind updates on VR Leg 0 ?

Hello everyone, and Happy New Year!
Has previously sailed several VOR races, and is now considering participating in the first leg to Cabo Verde. Currently participating in LEG 0 and tried today to find out how often there was new wind. VR writes that the wind is continuously updated during the day, and right now at 19:50 GMT the wind has not been updated since 12:00 GMT.
ZEZO writes that the wind is updated 4 times a day - can anyone give an answer as to when VR updates the wind?
