Sorry if this is a stupid question. I think I have followed the installation instructions. But when I click the "Z" extension button, the list of races is grayed and I can't select the Sevenstar. What should I do to fix this ?

Probably because you opened the extension a bit too late regarding the VR game tab.

2 choices :
- you can wait a bit that the game reloads automatically the races list (it does it occasionnally),
- you can click on the race and zezo will automatically pop in a new tab)

Another possible reason is you hadn't joined Sevenstar yet, but in that case toxcct's second suggestion should still work.

In general, the following sequence should always work:
- Open virtualregatta.com
- Start the dashboard
- Return to the virtualregatta tab and enter the race you want
- A router tab for this race will open automatically.
