ITYC / waypoints problem

Hello, i have a problem with ITYC that i can't resolve. I hope somebody can help me. In Virtual Regatta, i use the compass to program my waypoints. I can program only two waypoints because i do not purchase the Full Pack. On ITYC, on the coast card, my route is not displayed, the only thing that appear, is small dots just in font of my boat, spaced by two minutes. Do u know why i am face to this problem ?
