how does VR programmation work...does it execute the commands based on local time on your computer or "remembers" the relative hours between the commands...meaning, if between two commands the clock is turned back one hour does the boat follows the first command one hour longer or are the times of the programation corrected by one hour after the clocks are turned back and the time between the commands stay the same...

It follows the local computer time, if affected by daylight saving time, it adjusts command times retrospectively, checks consistent interval between commands.
