I'm getting bluescreen resets the last few days which appear to be related to the game in chrome. Also GPU going crazy at 80% for no particular reason, also heavy but not as heavy GPU usage on the home screen (not in a race).

Anyone else? It is a new laptop ... but was alright for a week.

Could be since the last dashboard extension update ...

My computer isn't crashing :-)

Seriously, the Chrome Extension cannot cause this type of failure.
Most likely it's the Unity player, DirectX or some other graphics component of your PC.

Check for graphics driver updates or other graphics-related OS updates.

It's not the extension. It's the game (Unity and its asm.js or whatever)

It also crashes on linux about once/day, started about a month ago. With certain Chrome or game version.

but that only closes the game tab.

Thanks guys, I'm surprised that anything running in a browser can do anything that harmful.

Didn't think it would be the dashboard except for timing of the update with my getting this more serious crash than previously.

Fingers crossed I have stopped it bluescreen-ing. I have intel and nvidia graphics and have set the chrome portable instance I use for VR to use the nvidia GPU, which is probably better too :-)

Pretty sure VR have adopted a new funding model - they have us all mining bitcoins for them on our GPUs
