Says in the Q&A
Q: When is the forecast updated?
A: At the times the GFS model comes out: 05:00, 11:00, 17:00, 21:00 UTC. That means there are two 4-hour intervals in which it's not forecast but exact prediction of the game future, so the simulation of the first 8-12 h should be nearly exact.

Guess that 21 is changed to 23 UTC (00:00 GMT+1), Am I right?

Yes. The forecast is updated at 0h, 6h, 12h and 18h GMT+1. That gives you 2 hours advantage.

I can make that 2 hours again, but the displayed winds will differ from the popup data and users will complain. Not very easy to fix because of the image caching strategy.

I noticed that yesterday : differences between popup and winds displayed but for the most important is the calculated track (with right winds) and not the winds displayed ! ;-)
